Where a printer could be purchased for $80 and a toner for $85, would these be current expenditures? After referring to the general critieria in IT-128R, para. 4, CRA stated:
As indicated in technical interpretation 2004-0070211E5, the CRA is of the view that the specified dollar amount of an expenditure is, in itself, not a deciding factor. Moreover, the CRA is of the opinion that this element should only be considered when it is not otherwise possible to determine whether an expenditure is a current or capital expenditure.
