Raisons: En vertu du paragraphe 56.1(1) de la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu, nous sommes d'avis que la bénéficiaire est réputée avoir reçu les paiements de pension alimentaire qui ont été versés à l'enfant majeur. Parallèlement, nous croyons que le paragraphe 60.1(1) vient réputer les montants, versés par le payeur à l'enfant majeur, payés à la bénéficiaire.
