How to use TeleReply
If you have not already read the tips on how to use TeleReply, see Before you call TeleReply.
Fill out the back of your remittance voucher before you call so that the information you will need to tell us will be in front of you.
- Call TeleReply at 1-800-959-2256 during the hours of operation.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to enter your information.
- At the end of the call, we will ask you to confirm the information you entered.
- Write down the confirmation number we give you and keep it for your records.
If we do not give you a confirmation number, your information will not be processed. You will have to call TeleReply again or mail your completed remittance form to us. For more information, call 1-800-959-5525.
