Pre-claim approval request form
The Pre-claim approval (PCA) is administered through the coordinating tax services offices. To request a pre-claim approval, select the region where your business is located and complete the form.
Under the Privacy Act, individuals have a right of protection, access to and correction of their personal information and to file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding our handling of their personal information. Personal information is collected pursuant to subsections 37(1), 37(11), and 162(5.1) of the Income Tax Act and is used for the administration of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program requirements. Information may also be used to inform the provision of services by the SR&ED Program.
