If individuals or RRSP trust(s) have acquired or irrevocably subscribed and paid for Class A shares of an RLSVCC in the period starting on March 2, 2016 and ending on March 1, 2017 ,you have to file a T5006 information return before April 1, 2017. The T5006 information return includes the Form T5006SUM, Summary of Registered Labour-Sponsored Venture Capital Corporation Class A Shares, and all related Form T5006, Statement of Registered Labour-Sponsored Venture Capital Corporation Class A Shares. If you do not file the T5006 Summary or do not distribute the T5006 slips to the recipients before April 1, 2017, we can revoke the corporation's registration.
