Our Change Objectives

Change Objective 1 - To transform our core business in a manner that keeps pace with changes in technology, business and management practices, and the expectations of Canadians.

Change Objective 2 - To foster human resources reform and renewal across the organization by making the CCRA's new HR regime fully operational.

Change Objective 3 - To achieve administrative reform and renewal by having in place policies and practices tailored to meet the needs of the CCRA.

Change Objective 4 - To integrate transparent management for results into the CCRA's planning, decision-making, and accountability processes.
