Column 2 - Undepreciated capital cost (UCC) at the start of the year

Enter in this column the remaining UCC of each class at the end of last year. You will find these amounts in column 10 of part A on Form T776, Statement of Real Estate Rentals that was completed for you last year.

If this is the first year you have had an item for which you can claim CCA, skip this column.
