Regulations under the Excise Act that have been repealed

The following is a list of all the Regulations under the Excise Act that have been repealed as a result of the Excise Act, 2001 coming into force. The Defining Distilled Spirits Regulations made under the authority of the IILA has also been repealed. All the Regulations in respect of breweries remain in effect.
