This section contains technical publications related to excise, GST/HST, income tax, and more. It includes information on technical news, notices, rulings, circulars, bulletins, memoranda, policy papers, regulations, and legislation.

The CRA does not publish any consolidated statutes and regulations, either in print or electronically. However, the Department of Justice Canada offers consolidated statutes and regulations on its website, including the Income Tax Act. The consolidated statutes and regulations are also available through some commercial publishers, including Carswell, CCH, CICA, and Ernst & Young.
