Request outreach services and products for your organization
If you are looking for help with your personal taxes, refer to Personal income tax or Skip the line for answers to common tax questions. Outreach officers do not have access to personal tax information and cannot answer individual tax-related questions.
Personal information is collected and used to contact the individual or organization regarding the CRA’s outreach program, which is administered under the authority of the Canada Revenue Agency Act. Failure to provide this information may prevent us from contacting you.
Refer to Personal Information Bank PSU 914 and PSU 938. Under the Privacy Act, individuals have a right of access to and the correction and protection of their personal information and to file a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding our handling of their personal information.
