For the purposes of Part XIX, a participating jurisdiction is defined as a jurisdiction that has committed to implement the CRS and is able to enforce reporting by its financial institution. As of June, 2017, 101 jurisdictions had committed to implement the CRS. This annex will be updated, as required.
