Lines 458 and 459 – Children’s fitness tax credit
You can claim up to a maximum of $500 per child, for eligible fees paid in 2016 for the cost of registration or membership for your or your spouse’s or common-law partner’s child in a prescribed program of physical activity.
Note
The children's fitness tax credit, including the supplement for children with disabilities, will be eliminated for 2017 and later tax years.
