Cancel the authorization you gave to a representative

You can cancel your representatives:

• using My Account for Individuals;
• by calling us at 1-800-959-8281; or
• by filling out parts 1, 4, and 5 of Form T1013, Authorizing or Cancelling a Representative, and mailing it to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Representatives can also cancel their own authorization by:

• using Represent a Client
• making a request by telephone, in person or in writing.

The CRA automatically cancels authorizations for all of your representatives when we are notified of your death.
