Part 11 - Calculation of capital cost allowance (CCA) claim
To calculate your current tax year deduction for CCA, and any recaptured CCA and terminal losses, use Part 11 on Form T2125, Statement of Business or Professional Activities.
You might need information to complete Part 11 for the current tax year from your Form T2125 for last year.
You may have acquired or disposed of buildings or equipment during your fiscal period. If so, complete Part 12 equipment additions in the year, Part 12 - building additions in the year, Part 14 - equipment dispositions in the year, or Part 15 - building dispositions in the year, whichever applies, before completing Part 11.
You may have acquired or disposed of land during the current tax year. If so, complete Part 16 - land additions and dispositions in the year.

Note
Even if you are not claiming a deduction for CCA for the current tax year, complete the appropriate areas of the form to show any additions and dispositions during the year.
Completing Part 11
You have to fill in columns 1 to 10, as applicable. For information on these columns, go to the links below:
- Column 1 - Class number
- Column 2 - Undepreciated capital cost (UCC) at the start of the year
- Column 3 - Cost of additions in the year
- Column 4 - Proceeds of dispositions in the year
- Column 5 - UCC after additions and dispositions
- Column 6 - Adjustment for current-year additions
- Column 7 - Base amount for capital cost allowance
- Column 8 - Rate (%)
- Column 9 - CCA for the year
- Column 10 - UCC at the end of the year
