If you are calling from outside of Canada or the United States, call us collect at 613-221-3105. The Registered Plans Directorate accepts collect calls.

Agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern time). Any calls the Directorate receives outside these hours will be directed to a voice-mail system. Calls will be returned the next business day.

By mail and courier
