Form E 598 (95/08), - Application for Federal Excise Tax Rebate on Cigarettes and Tobacco Sticks Sold in Prince Edward Island, has been revised to reflect the rate changes which came into effect on March 31, 1995. Also, note that the address where the completed form is to be sent has changed and is now included on the form.
For your convenience we have enclosed a supply of revised Form E 598 (95/08). If you require additional copies, they can be obtained from our Charlottetown District Office which is located at the following address:
