Enclosed is a supply of Application for Federal Excise Tax Rebate on Cigarettes and Tobacco Sticks Sold in Prince Edward Island forms. You should use these forms to claim rebates on cigarettes and tobacco sticks you sell to retailers in Prince Edward Island on or after June 1, 1994.
Your completed applications should be submitted to the following address:
