Propose a venue
We're looking for organizations to provide free venues where we can hold our in-person charities information sessions.
Venues must:
- accommodate between 75 and 150 people
- have a screen or white wall where our presentation can be projected
- be wheelchair-accessible
- be in a central location (if possible)
- have access to ample parking (free if possible) or public transportation
If you are able to help, please send us an email. If your location is selected, we will contact you to make arrangements.
Thank you to the many organizations that offer space and make our charities information session visits across the country possible.
Personal information is collected under the authority of the Income Tax Act and will be used for registration purposes and to inform you of any changes to the session. We will also use your information to ask you to participate in a survey after the session is held to gather feedback. Your feedback will be used to improve our information sessions and to compose statistical and/or other types of reports which can be disclosed to senior management for program monitoring and evaluation.

Under the Privacy Act, individuals have a right of protection, access to and correction or notation of their personal information and to file a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding our handling of their information.
