What we're doing
We've listened to your feedback and are working on the following improvements:
- Extended the CVITP Grant program for another year
- Respondents expressed their need for and appreciation of this program. We are pleased to announce that the CVITP Grant will be returning for 2026.
- Launched a new digital promotional toolkit
- We developed the CVITP digital toolkit to build on the promotional resources available to organizations. The new tools include downloadable social media posts, public service announcement templates and poster templates.
- Redesigned webpages
- We redesigned and updated the CVITP Canada.ca webpages to be more interactive and provide clearer guidance.
- Enhanced the CVITP & ITAVP learning guides
- We introduced a new learning path to help volunteers navigate the online training webpages. The case studies now provide additional context for practical learning. Additionally, new webpages were added to streamline access to news, program updates, and training webinars.
Our free tax clinic programs count on community organizations and volunteers from coast-to-coast-to-coast, and they wouldn’t be possible without their ongoing dedication to the program and their communities.
