What's new - Changes to T4088
The T4088, Guide to Form T661 has been revised to reflect the legislative changes from Bill C-45 (2012) that became law in December 2012 and Bill C-4 (2013), which became law in December 2013 and to ensure that the content is consistent with the SR&ED policy papers.
Part 2 of the T4088, Guide to Form T661 has been revised to reflect changes to the 2015 version of the FormT661 and the revised Eligibility of Work for SR&ED Investment Tax Credit Policy.
