Final Statistics presents data from individual income tax and benefit returns that were processed for the tax year two years before the year of publication. For example, the 2013 edition of the tables analyzes returns from the 2011 tax year, which generally had to be filed by the end of April 2012. The 2013 edition of Final Statistics is based on 100% of all returns up to the cut-off date of June 30, 2013. These statistics contain the most recent 2011 tax year assessments or reassessments up to the cut-off date.
