Program communication and delivery is fair and responsive to recipients' needs

  • Answer 40% to 60% of all telephone enquiries on the first attempt
Entitled recipients receive accurate and timely payment and credits
  • Process 98% of CCTB applications by the end of the second month after receipt
  • Process 98% of benefit client adjustments reliably within 20 working days
  • Process 85% of CPP/EI rulings within 15 days for cases pending and 31 days for cases non-pending
  • Complete Pensionable and Insurable Earnings Review (PIER) requests within 90 days of receipt and requests from the public within 31 days
  • Use technology to expand validation programs for risk management
