About Represent a Client - Services for representatives of registered plan owners

The services in Represent a Client (RAC) that are available to representatives on behalf of a registered plan owner depend on the level of authorization the registered plan owner has consented to:

Level 1
View information only
Level 2
View, change, and submit information
Level 3
View, change, and submit information, authorize another representative
Legal representative
Legal representatives of registered plan owners cannot access the Registered Plan. Administration Account by default but can be authorized as level 3 representatives by request.
