SUBJECT: Advance Ruling #3-900615 Breakdown of Invoice
This is in relation to a letter dated October 1, 1990 from 24(1) which requests a breakdown of the time spent in developing the above-noted ruling.
On October 17, 1990, 19(1) informed by John Chan during a telephone conversation that Rulings does not maintain records which would permit the breakdown which he requested. 19(1) acknowledged this and said that a written reply to his letter is therefore not required.
