REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench at Montréal, Quebec, on November 5, 2014).
BOIVIN J.A.
[1]
Despite the forceful argument of counsel for the
applicant, we have not been persuaded that the Canada Agricultural Review
Tribunal committed a reviewable error.
[2]
It was open to the Tribunal to conclude as it
did, on the basis of the evidence on record. What we are being asked to do is
to conduct a trial de novo and
reach the opposite conclusion. This is not the role of this Court.
[3]
The application for judicial review will be
dismissed.
