Cancelling a T5006 slip

If you issued the T5006 slip by mistake and want to cancel it, send us another slip with the same data as on the original slip and an amended T5006 Summary. Print the word "CANCELLED" at the top of the cancelled slip (above the calendar year). Distribute the cancelled slips to the investor the same way as the originals.
