Who is eligible to use TeleReply?

TeleReply is available across Canada to employers who meet all of the following conditions:

  • you have no employees with payroll deductions;
  • you want to report a nil remittance; and
  • the name and business number on the printed remittance voucher we sent you are correct.

You cannot use TeleReply if:

  • you have employees with payroll deductions, as you must remit these amounts; or
  • you have already advised us that your account has permanently ceased operations or is either closed or bankrupt.
