That you can access Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) tax services from the comfort of your home? On our Web site, our electronic services provide information regarding easy-to-use tax filing options, forms and publications, and self-serve convenience designed to make your transactions with the CRA quick and easy. You can look up or change your tax account information online through My Account or My Business Account.
Our knowledgeable and courteous telephone agents are experienced and trained to assist you. If the telephone agent is unable to resolve your enquiry over the telephone, he or she will book an appointment for you to see a CRA representative at a time that is convenient for you!
