Register today to be a representative!

Did you know…

That Represent a client has proven to be a fast, easy and secure way for representatives to access their clients' tax information online? Already more than one million individuals have authorized their representative to use this online service.

To use the Represent a client service, register online and get your RepID (representative identifier). Give your RepID to friends and family, and they can authorize you to deal with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) online on their behalf.

Business owners, partners, directors or officers can register their business as a representative. The business' clients can authorize it to deal with the CRA online using the registered Business Number (BN).

For more information, and to register, visit www.cra.gc.ca/representatives.

If you want to authorize a representative to deal with the CRA for you, use the My Account service.
