2 These items are normally reported as respendable revenue; they are shown in non-respendable as a result of the Dec. 12, 2003 decision which moved the Customs Branch portion of respendable revenue to non-respendable. The amounts shown here represent the CCRA portion of these revenues.
3 Interest and penalties and Interest paid on Refunds for Personal and Corporation Income Tax were not shown in the 2003-2004 RPP, as these were previously labelled Tax Revenue.
