You will not be able to start a new session within 30 minutes of a regularly scheduled maintenance shutdown.

The CRA cannot guarantee system availability at all the times due to technical difficulties beyond our control.

Mountain Time	1 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Central Time	2 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Eastern Time	3 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Atlantic Time	4 a.m. to 7 a.m.
Newfoundland Time	4:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Outside Canada and the United States (Eastern Time)	3 a.m. to 6 a.m.
