The services in Represent a Client (RAC) that are available to representatives on behalf of a business depend on the level of authorization the business has consented to:

Level 2
View and make changes to information
Level 3
View and make changes to information, authorize another representative
Legal representative
To be a legal representative, you must be appointed by a legal document.
