About the assessment

The WABT is a self-assessment that measures personality in the workplace.

This test assesses the following Key Leadership Competencies (KLCs):

• Create vision and strategy
• Mobilize people
• Achieve results
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders
• Promote innovation and guide change

The test also assesses the following personality factors:

• Extroversion
• Agreeableness
• Conscientiousness
• Emotional stability
• Openness

You will be given a set of statements and you must indicate to what extent you agree or disagree with each statement or whether you feel that it reflects your work approach or behaviour. This test assesses your attitudes and behaviours in daily work situations, which then allows for an estimate of the extent to which competencies might be demonstrated in a work environment.

Additional information

Regarding the portability of result, you can transfer your test results to other staffing processes if the same test is used. With regard to the time to complete the assessment, there is no time limit to complete the test, but the duration is about 45 minutes when the test is done at a sustained, steady pace.
