About the assessment
The Pro-Fest Ability Exercise is a text development, in-basket exercise that assesses a candidate's ability to react appropriately, in writing, to situations that may be encountered in a first-level supervisory position.
This test assesses the following Key Leadership Competencies (KLCs):
- Create vision and strategy
- Mobilize people
- Achieve results
During the exercise, you will be invited to play the role of an employee from a fictitious organization and to review some background information on the organization (for example, organizational chart, job description).
You will be presented with seven situations that may be encountered in a first-level supervisory position. These situations could include requests from an immediate supervisor, letters from external stakeholders, memoranda to read, or requests from employees.
