About the assessment
The KFEL-00 is a standardized test that assesses the following two dimensions: cognitive abilities and behavioural competencies.
Dimension 1 – Cognitive abilities
The assessment of this dimension is divided into three subtests: numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and checking abilities.
For each question, you will select your response from the possible answers provided. The assessment is adaptive, which means that the system will select questions for you based on your previous responses and progress to more difficult questions when you answer correctly. These questions are individually timed.
Dimension 2 – Behavioural competencies
This dimension is assessed using one test that includes a number of questions related to the behavioural competencies needed to perform the duties of the job being staffed. You will rank the response options provided based on your preferences. This test is not timed and you do not have to complete all the questions at one time.
You do not have to complete the assessment at the same time, in one sitting, but it must be completed by the final deadline indicated in your invitation letter.
You can complete the assessment from the location of your choice as long as you have a laptop or desktop computer available, with a high speed internet connection. Chromebooks or mobile devices cannot be used.

Additional information
Managers will identify behavioural competencies that will be assessed based on their importance to the position being staffed. Due to the customization, the test results are not transferable to other staffing processes.
