Subject: Tree planting initiative
Hello,
Tree Canada is a non-profit charitable organization that was created in 1992. Since that time, more than 75 million trees have been planted across Canada. As part of a new partnership between Tree Canada and the Government of Canada, 100 employees of the Public Service of Canada will be selected for recognition of the excellent service they have provided to Canadians, and they will have a tree planted in their honour.
Please reply to this e-mail and describe a time when you contributed to serving Canadians by providing excellent client service. If you are selected, your contribution to serving Canadians will become part of the Canadian landscape as a tree will be planted in your honour.
In your response, please clearly describe:
- the situation
- the steps you took to provide excellent client service, and why
- the end result
Thank you,
