On April 13, 1989, we wrote to the Deputy Minister of Finance asking for information on the above noted. We were advised on April 21, that the letter had been forwarded to your office and that contact should be made with you directly. Subsequently we wrote to your office on September 21, 1989.
It would be appreciated if you could advise us of the status of this matter and particularly the availability of this information. You will appreciate that we act on behalf of the Government of Nova Scotia in administering the Nova Scotia Income Tax Act. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
