SUBJECT: 19(1) REMISSION OF TAX
This is in reply to your memorandum of May 25, 1989.
On November 23, 1989 the Governor in Council issued an order (copy enclosed) authorizing 24(1)
The taxpayers' accounts will be adjusted in accordance with TOM 5830.
Please convey the decision to the taxpayers and provide us with a copy of your letter to them so that we may complete our file.
Enclosed are the 1985 to 1988 T1 returns and attachments of the two taxpayers.
