As requested, we wrote to the Internal Revenue Service on January 19, 1989, requesting clarification of some of the comments that appeared in the Windsor Star of Thursday, December 1, 1988, concerning refunds of tax to Canadian employees of Chrysler.
Indications are that refunds would have been processed in instances where claims have been properly filed as prescribed in the Internal Revenue Code. 21(1)(b)
