Re: Remission Order
24(1)
Enclosed is a copy of Order in ;council No. P.C. 1989-1870 dated September 21, 1989 authorizing the remission of 1980 to 1983 income tax in the amount of 24(1) respectively, and all interest thereon payable by the 24(1).
The taxpayer's account will be adjusted by Revenue Programs Division in Head Office in accordance with the instructions set out in TOM 5830.
The Ontario Ministry of Revenue will be provided with the information necessary for their consideration of a remission of provincial income tax.
The 24(1) may now be advised of the decision. Please send us a copy of your response so that we may close our file.
We are also enclosing the 24(1) T3 Returns for the years 1982 to 1986.
