We are writing in reply to your letter of February 14, 1992, wherein you requested clarification of the status of Interpretation Bulletin IT-428 dated April 30, 1979, entitled "Wage Loss Replacement Plans".
We hereby confirm that the comments in IT-428 continue to reflect the Department's views on Wage Loss Replacement Plans and that this bulletin has not been cancelled, revoked or otherwise amended to date.
