SUBJECT: Remission Request 19(1)
This is in reply to your letter of February 28, 1990, in which you forwarded a copy of 19(1) remission request and your report for consideration by the Remission Committee.
The Remission Committee has reviewed 19(1) case and determined that remission cannot be recommended. A copy of the minutes of the meeting where this case was considered are enclosed for your information.
In view of the Committee's decision, will you please:
1) notify 19(1) in writing that his remission request has been denied; and
2) provide us with a copy of your letter to 19(1) .
We are returning 19(1) 1986 and 1987 income tax returns for your disposition.
