24th CIAT General Assembly Mexico, May 21-25, 1989
In our memorandum of October 18, 1989, a copy of which is attached, we asked for information on the topic of efficiency and effectiveness, particularly as it related to previous materials which had been provided to CIAT. It would be appreciated if you could advise us whether you are able to provide this.
Attached you will also find a questionnaire which CIAT has sent to us. Your cooperation in completing the questionnaire by December 31, 1989 would be appreciated as it is required shortly thereafter by CIAT.
