The draft documents submitted with your memorandum of September 20, 1989, reflect the recommendations of the Department's Remission Committee with the following exceptions:
- In the Minister's submission to the Treasury Board, under the Remarks, (1), sentence (1) should read 24(1)
- Document "Background" paragraph 1 - as above, the statement should read, 24(1)
