Enclosed for your review is a copy of the September 11, 1989 version of the RRP regulations (changes to the April 13 typed version are hand-written) and the relevant explanatory notes. Some of the hand-written changes did not show up well on all copies, so replacement pages will be distributed when they arrive.
A clean version of the revised amendments to the Act may be available by the end of this week.
Finance expects to be sending the final version of the pension reform material to the printers by the middle of next week. Therefore, if you have any comments with regard to material errors or omissions in the Drafts, they should be made known to Cathy Cloutier (992-0598) by this week or to Keith Horner (992-3114) or Simon Thompson (995-1175) by no later than Tuesday next week.
