Enclosed for your review is a copy of the September 18,1989 version of the explanatory notes for the proposed changes to the Income Tax Act as consequence of Pension Reform.
It is now expected that the tabling of the Pension Reform package in the House may not occur until the end of next month. Nevertheless, any remaining comments you may have with regard to material errors or omissions in the package should be made known to Cathy Cloutier by the end of this week.
