We have received a letter, a copy of which is attached hereto, from Helen C. (Holly) Turner, Senior Counsel, Tax Litigation Section, Department of Justice in Edmonton requesting a response to a question asked of Mr. Vanderkooi, a Revenue Canada employee with the Edmonton District Office, in the course of an examination for discovery in the above noted case.
