Subject: 24(1) Tax Remission Request
We are enclosing a copy of the minutes of the Remission Committee meeting of January 18, 1990 which indicates that your office is prepared to recommend the writing off of the estate's tax liability of 24(1) . Please advise the Surrey Taxation Centre in order that 19(1) may be informed of the disposition of her remission request. For your information we are enclosing a copy of Surrey Taxation Centre's memorandum of November 23, 1989 to our Branch as well as the report to the Remission Committee of January 5, 1990.
