Further to our telephone conversation with your Ms Francine Ouellette of July 31, 1989, we are forwarding herewith a request for tax remission received recently from our Sudbury Taxation Centre.
It is our understanding that the issues in this request can be best resolved through assessing procedures by your division. Could you kindly reply Ms Sylvia Lagrove-Emmell of the Sudbury Taxation Centre directly in this regard.
The taxpayer's T-1 returns for 1987 and 1988 are enclosed.
