SUBJECT: TAX REMISSION 19(1)
The request for tax remission by the above noted taxpayer, made by 19(1) in a letter to your Taxation Centre on October 28, 1988, has been granted by her Excellency the Governor General in Council recently. We are returning to your Taxation Centre the taxpayer's 1984 T1 return. We also enclose for your reference a copy of our reply to the taxpayer and a copy of the Order in Council No. PC 1989-2014 dated October 5, 1989.
The taxpayer's account will be adjusted by Revenue Programs Section in accordance with the instructions set out in TOM 5830.
